As psychologists, pressure experienced from these insecure times can make it difficult to find sufficient time to reflect on our experience, or, allow space to make sense of our work context including our relationships with individuals, organisations and wider society. This limitation can feel particularly problematic if our values, beliefs, culture and sense of professional identity, seem at odds with the prevailing view.
Depending on demand the group is anticipated to begin 17th January 2019
This group will comprise of up to 12 Psychologists who will meet weekly to explore these issues with each other.
Psychologists are welcome from all organisations including the NHS, private business and voluntary sectors.
